1.Pre-Webinar Preparation
Presentation Submission
Submit your final presentation (PPT/PDF) to the organizer at least 3 days before the webinar via [preferred method: email/Google Drive/etc.].
Format:
- 16:9 aspect ratio
- Legible fonts (e.g., Arial, Calibri – min. 24pt)
- Branded slides (optional)
Avoid:
Heavy animations/embedded videos (test compatibility beforehand).

- Mute notifications (Slack/WhatsApp) to avoid disruptions
Screen Sharing (if presenting)
- Share only the presentation window (not your entire desktop)
- Close unrelated tabs/apps
